what needs to be included in group report ? how should we write it ? can we divide it into parts so we can start with it ?

Notes are on blackboard - but it is just a brief. Its kinda like proposal. we can use similar headings as last semesters one. just talking about production and post production side. we need to break it up and decide whos doing what. it might be a good idea for us to do the same parts as last semester, since we all know what each part is about. do you think?

we should definitely use (not in this order)
action plan or tactics,
technical part (which should include used cameras, equipment, tapes, formats, editing and sound software,),
story board,
s.w.o.t. analysis,
introduction and conclusion (obviously Very Happy),
team roles,
goals,
stakeholder analysis, (people interviewed in videos among many other stuff)
objectives,
key massages,....
there is plenty more definitely but these are in my opinion most important.

That's swell! I can do the risk analysis abi, coz I did it last semester and I already know how to do it..
just one question, how many hours of filming do we have by now? Can everybody please check?
And how much was captured?

I have an hour and half of footage (plus another half hour of that time lapse that;s already captured)

also, I could do the budget and resources...i did them last time and the feedback was really good on those, but whatever...the thing is that rented items, bought items, monitoring and control and sources of funding should all be contained under a big BUDGET chapter in my opinion...

yep those items are already under budget.

risk analysis is pretty simple really, just need to include equipment booking forms.

why do we need to know how many hours of footage we have??
