This is model of that email that i want to send to companies and list of companies that i want to contact. i do not know how do u want me to involve rita or dean in that email. and of course there is probably lots of grammatical mystakes




Dear (pr or whoever we will contact)

Hello. We are group of students working on communication project for Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen (should i use our whole names, this looks to me more distinctive then writing "hi i am brano hamacek"). We are currently trying to reach graduates of Oil and Gas related postgraduate courses and their employers to interview them about their work in companies and experience of employers towards graduates. This is great opportunity to get feedback from employees as well as advertisement for possible future workers because video clips of these interviews will be presented on RGU website and will be used to enhance number of enrolled students to RGU postgraduate courses. All we need is one minute long interview and allowance to use company's logo (i am not 100% sure about this last sentence).
