Is everyone happy with meeting on friday ? I am working from 5 but everything up to 4 is alright with me.

i just realised I have something really important to do tomorrow (it's for that translating romanian-english thing) and I can't come to the meeting...so I'm really sorry...i will try filming more during the weekend, as I have the camera booked til Monday and I say we should meet on Monday as well, if that's ok with you and try to do more over the weekend, considering we have two cameras booked...i'm sorry again..

today's meeting canceled

monday filming from 10. we need to borrow cameras, fill out the "risk-and-health...-bla-bla-bla-u-know-what-i-mean" document, everything is sorted out but in case of problems we need to fill out permission to take footage and just to get ready and everything I hope u guys can be there around half past 8 (we need to return cameras anyway, right dan). this is fashion event and will last till 6pm. Abi will join us at 1pm because she is working.
brinig all tapes in monday we need to sort all footage.

tuesday meeting after lecture.

I wont be coming until 2pm on monday, because I finish work at 1pm and by the time I get away from work and get the bus to uni.

on monday - you need to meet 'elliot pirie' he is a fashion lecturer. you need to there for 9:50am as he wants to know what you are going to do in the morning. if you concentrate on gv's - close ups etc. Just use 1 tape in the morning, and ill use another 1 in the afternoon for interviews.

for wednesday,i think just leave the trip. Ive asked elliot if he could take stills on his iphone and they should be fine to use.. well once we have tweeked them in adobe photoshop anyway! he said though if you go to uni for 9:30am on wednesday morning you can get the students going onto the bus and coulpe of interviews would be good then. just asking their name and course name, then where they are going on the trip and what they are going to do. ill give u documentation on tuesday for wednesdays stuff so that will be fine.

holy shit...why is everything happening all of a sudden on monday and wednesday. I am starting my induction at AVC Monday morning and I can't be in uni til 12. And I am working til half 5 on Tuesday and Wednesday so don't count on me. I'm really sorry.

I found a great hill in Dyce overlooking the city and I will do a serious timelapse of day-night transition this time. I really think we can use something like that. And the one on the bus will look great, if done cool, so I will do that tomorrow...and then we can meet tomorrow or Sunday and finish what's left to film around Aberdeen if you want...although there's not much left, i think.

I didn't get permission. I thought we need permission only for Castlegate...if we won't obtain that, we won't use the footage. We already have a lot of material. I will send them an email today asking for permission, I hope that's the way it's done...

I feel really bad about not coming on Monday and Wednesday...I'll do John's part of proposal or something to make up for it....

And about that fashion event brano mentioned...i don't know what it is...there is absolutely no need to stay the whole day and film. We need to get some shots of the crowd, models and stage and RGU logo...no need to record everything..let's be methodical about this. I'm just suggesting, I'm not gonna be there unfortunately...

Did you film inside the aberdeen locations i.e. pittodrie stadium, shops etc?? or was it just outside the locations?
